HR Business Partner
Office, Cyprus | Full-time
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with employees and provide HR guidance and support;
- Participate in the employee lifecycle process: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, retention, and more to ensure effective integration specialists in the company;
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations;
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, management, external providers, and partners;
- Analyze HR metrics and develop action plans to improve them;
- Translate company culture and values;
- Provide training and support to managers and employees on the performance review process and expectations;
- Organize and conduct internal and external team transfers;
- Analyze the usage of the compensation and benefits system, and collect feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a product or technology company;
- Experience in implementing HR processes and procedures;
- Experience with HR metrics;
- Experience with HR policy guidance;
- Experience with HR standards and best practices;
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English;
- Proactivity, analytical, goal oriented, openness, self-education, business orientation, trustworthiness, empathy and time management skills.
