Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
- Create an effective strategy to attract partners and clients;
- Identify and cultivate relationships with new partners;
- Analyze marketing and industry trends of EU markets;
- Participate in exciting business trips in order to meet partners;
- Represent the company in key exhibitions.
Requirements
- 2+ year experience in Sales, Partnership, and/or Business Development;
- Proven track record of achieving results in EU markets;
- Proficient in developing and sustaining a robust network of lead sources;
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels within company and externally with different profiles of partners (retail and institutional);
- High level of integrity and dependability;
- Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving global and multi-language environment;
- Excellent team player, able to interact effectively with various function within the company.
